When Do I Need a Survey?

You might need a survey for a multitude of situations, such as:

  1. When applying for a city/county permit.
  2. When selling/buying a tract of land.
  3. When you need to confirm the location of your land’s boundary.
  4. When you buy flood or title insurance.
  5. When required by a lender.
  6. When making improvements on a tract of land.

The things we would need in order to help you with your property are:

  1. Details on the type of services you would like us to perform.
  2. The address or county parcel ID number of the property.
  3. The desired turnaround time.
  4. Your contact information.
  5. Providing the most current deeded description, and/or subdivision plat would help us in researching the property greatly as well, but isn’t required.
